Building a diverse and inclusive digital team

To effectively create digital services that meet the needs of residents and businesses in Canada, our teams need to reflect the diversity of culture, perspective, and background of the people we serve. This workshop will examine how we’re currently building our digital services teams in Canada, and come up with tangible ways to consciously and deliberately create more diverse and inclusive teams in the future.
