Le lieu de travail flexible et la transformation numérique

Description disponible en anglais uniquement.

In an era of abundant information and rising automation, the very nature of work has changed. Office hours are blurry; mobile connectivity and a flurry of communication is the norm. Nowhere is this more true than in government, the largest employer in Canada. Technology is simply a means to an end; it's leadership and cultural behavior—not digital systems—that govern whether government can survive and thrive in the digital era.

The new norm is rapidly changing requirements and distributed, cross-functional projects. That means the workforce needs to be able to:

  • Adapt quickly to new projects and systems
  • Converge, share, and work together in real time
  • Measure its performance and collect continuous feedback to improve
  • Leave behind documentation that's easily accessible for subsequent teams

In this session, we'll go beyond enabling technology to look at how to design, deploy, and measure flexible work programs across teams, managing change, culture and expectations. We'll review real-world case studies of flexible workplaces in production, and outline some of the pitfalls—and benefits—of these approaches.
